Refund Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

We want every ONEIR piece to feel right. This policy will apply when online ordering becomes available.

Returns

You may tell us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, please send it back within the following 14 days. Any longer right required by the law that applies to your purchase will still be honoured.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Trying on a garment as you would in a shop is fine.

Items that cannot be returned

Where permitted by law, we cannot accept returns of personalised or made-to-order items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. Any exception will be clearly identified before purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. ONEIR will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable; upgraded or express delivery costs may not be refundable.

Refunds and exchanges

Once an eligible return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. We may wait until the item is received or you provide evidence that it has been sent. Bank processing times vary. Exchanges depend on stock; if an exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
